Cosmopolitan Entertainment Systems provides expert service and preventative maintenance. Excellent service is our highest priority, and the foundation of our reputation; in fact, many of our clients have hired us to service, troubleshoot, and repair systems that were originally installed by other vendors’. Standard and emergency service is our specialty. Even the best components and systems can fall prey to an unforeseen problem, that does not mean you’ll have to settle for a non working system.

Our on-site technicians are highly trained on today’s ever changing technology and are dispatched to quickly respond to emergencies or standard service calls anywhere in the tri-state area. We offer preventative maintenance that can keep your system in top shape and minimize the effects of normal wear and tear. Maintenance visits can be scheduled on an individual basis or through a 1, 3, or 5 year annual agreement.
