For these customers CES creates a pre-wire, or future proofing design plan. These designs leverage our existing knowledge of the industry, and our awareness of industry trends to create a cabling plan that will allow the customer to add automation and entertainment technologies at a later point in time. These plans also allow the homeowner to build equity into there property. Homes that have been prewired for entertainment and automation technologies are more desirable and yield a higher value when it comes to sell the home.

The Prewire concept Is also very popular with builders building spec homes for the same reasons.
